How To Find Us

Canalside Farm, Shop & Café is located on the outskirts of Great Haywood, 6 miles east of the county town of Stafford. We are situated just off the A51, between Stone and Rugeley, or can be accessed via the A518 from Stafford, turning at the new roundabout adjacent to Weston Road School towards Tixall / Great Haywood.

Parking

We have ample car parking for our customers on our Farm, including designated family and disabled parking spaces. However, we do ask that if you leave our premises for a canalside walk after visiting our Farm, and do not intend to return for a coffee or to pick up any shopping, that you collect a parking ticket from our Farm Shop to ensure your car is not removed (a small parking fee will be payable).

If you are visiting us as a large group and arriving in separate cars, we request that you contact us in advance so that we can make any necessary arrangements for your parking.

Thank you for your consideration for other customers.

Accessibility

Whilst building our Farm Shop and Café, we purposefully designed it with wheelchair access in mind. The access to both the Shop and Café is very flat and extremely ‘wheelchair – friendly’.

There is a toilet suitable for wheelchair users and allocated parking spaces in the Car Park, providing easy access to both the Shop and Café.

Many of our disabled visitors enjoy our ‘Pick Your Own’ summer service, due to the fact that our strawberries, raspberries and blackberries are grown on ‘table tops’ allowing for easy picking off the ground.

We would recommend giving us a quick call before you visit if you have any questions or special requirements – please telephone us on 01889 881747. Alternatively, please email us using the link at the top of the page.
